I’m Maria, a registered nurse and Justisse trained Holistic Reproductive Health Practitioner with deep roots in both Western medicine and natural, holistic care. I believe you don’t have to choose between the two. My approach integrates evidence-based medical knowledge with body-centered practices to support your reproductive health in a whole-person way.
With years of experience in women’s reproductive healthcare and training as a trauma-informed yoga teacher, I guide women to understand and honor their bodies through symptothermal Fertility Awareness-Based Methods (FABMs). Whether you want to prevent pregnancy naturally, prepare for conception, or simply deepen your connection to your cycle, I’m here to empower you with tools grounded in science and enriched by holistic wisdom.
